AireCare was a growing HVAC company with a strong local reputation and a website that wasn't earning its keep. It had no online booking, no clear service area pages, and a brand that looked like every other HVAC company in the market. Word of mouth was working — the website wasn't.
The primary goal: build a digital presence that converted search traffic into booked appointments, and gave field technicians a simple dispatch view to manage their day.
The brand identity came first. We moved AireCare away from the standard HVAC blue-and-white playbook toward a cleaner, more professional palette that still communicated reliability and trust. The logo mark combined a clean wordmark with a subtle geometric icon that worked at any size.
The website was built with local SEO baked in from the start — dedicated service area pages, structured data markup, and a Google Business integration for review display. The booking flow was designed as a three-step questionnaire: service type, preferred time window, and contact details. Each completed booking triggered an automated confirmation email and added the job to the dispatch dashboard.
The dispatch dashboard was a lightweight custom WordPress admin view — no app download required, worked on any phone browser.
