The challenge

CEO Warrior serves thousands of service business owners across North America. Their coaching programmes carry a premium price point, and the digital experience had to match it. The existing brand was inconsistent across touchpoints — the website, course platform, and email sequences all told slightly different visual stories.

The brief: unify everything under one visual identity that communicated authority, aspiration, and accessibility — all at once.

The approach

We started with a brand audit across all customer touchpoints. The core identity work produced a refined primary mark, a comprehensive secondary system, and a colour and typography specification that could scale from a mobile phone screen to a conference stage backdrop.

Course pages were designed for high-intent visitors: structured proof, clear programme outlines, and application CTAs that converted without hard-selling. The member onboarding flow was rebuilt as a progressive four-step experience — welcome, orientation module, peer community access, and first live session booking — reducing early churn in the first 30 days.

The results
