Mindful Ventures came to us with a product that was ready but a brand that wasn't. They were preparing to launch a subscription wellness platform and needed a complete digital identity from zero — logo, colour system, marketing site, and a member portal that matched the calm, premium feel of the service itself.
The brief had one non-negotiable: the visual language had to work as hard for their brand as the platform did for their users. No stock photos, no generic wellness clichés, no template shortcuts.
We started with a full brand identity sprint — wordmark, secondary mark, colour palette, and typographic system. The design direction leaned into natural textures and considered whitespace: the site needed to feel like the product itself.
The marketing site was built on WordPress with a custom theme. No page-builder bloat — hand-coded templates, full CMS control for the client, and page-speed scores above 90 out of the gate. The member portal was a separate WordPress install with role-gated content and a clean onboarding flow.
Email templates were designed in table-based HTML so they rendered identically across Gmail, Apple Mail, and Outlook.
Mindful Ventures launched on time, on budget, and with a brand their team was proud to put in front of investors. Within three months of launch, organic search traffic grew by 140% and member sign-up conversion rate improved from 2.1% to 4.8%.
