Do they take my insurance?
Accepted plans in the US, or coverage and direct-billing details in Canada, stated plainly instead of buried in a PDF.
Built for the way dental and medical practices win customers in the US and Canada, then hosted, optimized for search and kept up to date by one team, for $1,950 a year.

Patients choose a practice the way they choose a restaurant: they search, read reviews, look at the photos and check whether they can book. A dental or medical website has to feel calm and credible, answer insurance and location questions quickly, and make the next step, whether that is booking, calling or filling in a new-patient form, a single tap.
We build websites for dentists, orthodontists, family doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors, optometrists and specialist clinics. Our Affinity Health project, a provider marketing site with a HIPAA-ready patient portal, is the closest example in our portfolio.
Accepted plans in the US, or coverage and direct-billing details in Canada, stated plainly instead of buried in a PDF.
A booking link or request form, same-day and emergency information, hours and parking directions.
Practitioner bios, photos of the real clinic, patient reviews and an honest description of a first visit.
One page for each treatment, with who it is for, what to expect and what it costs where you can say.
A button or embed for your existing scheduling software, or a request form that emails your front desk.
A page that explains the first visit, what to bring and links to any forms, so the front desk answers fewer calls.
Accepted plans, direct billing, payment options and financing in one place.
Address, map, hours, parking and accessibility details for each clinic, so each can be found for its own area.
Strong contrast, semantic HTML and keyboard-friendly navigation, which matter to many patients.
HIPAA applies to protected health information. A marketing site does not need to store any, so we keep contact forms to non-clinical details and point patients to your HIPAA-compliant portal or scheduling vendor for anything clinical.
Privacy rules differ by province: PIPEDA federally, plus provincial health privacy laws such as Ontario’s PHIPA. The same approach applies: keep clinical details out of general contact forms.
State boards and provincial colleges can set rules on testimonials, before-and-after photos and claims about outcomes. Check yours; we will flag the usual issues as we write.
The ADA in the US and AODA in Ontario can apply to clinic websites. We build with accessibility basics from the first design.
This is general information, not legal or tax advice. Rules change and differ by state, province and municipality, so confirm what applies to you with your regulator or an adviser. We build to what you tell us applies and flag common issues as we go.
