Design
A 14-item sidebar collapsed into a contextual 5-item menu. Onboarding rebuilt as a four-step flow.
Result
Time-to-first-action dropped from 9.2 minutes to 3.1 minutes — a 3× improvement.
Development
Prototyped in Figma, tested with five users before handoff, shipped in eight weeks.
