Terms of Service

By requesting work from Pixelgeometry you agree to these terms. Pixelgeometry is a trade name of Moonfire Private Limited. Prices are in US dollars.

The package

The complete website package is $1,950 a year. It covers the published list of services for twelve months from the date the website goes live. The number of pages is agreed in your project brief; very large projects, additional functionality and services outside the published list are quoted separately.

Payment

You pay $49 to start the project. That payment counts toward the $1,950 and is non-refundable. The remaining $1,901 is due once your website is live. Payments are made through PayPal, and we may send a PayPal invoice on request.

Timeline

Most small-business websites go live in 7–14 days from kickoff. The timeline depends on how quickly you provide content and feedback, and on the size of the project.

Revisions and updates

Design revisions during the build and content updates after launch are unlimited, subject to fair use. Fair use means reasonable changes to existing pages and content, such as text, images, prices, hours and offers. New pages beyond the agreed scope, new features, redesigns and integrations are quoted separately.

Domain name

You register and own your domain name and pay the registrar directly. We connect it to your website.

Ownership and licence

You own your content, your brand assets and your domain. The website code and design we build are licensed to you for use while your yearly plan is active. We keep ownership of our internal tools, templates and methods.

Renewal

The package renews yearly at the then-current price, which is $1,950 today. We email you a reminder at least 30 days before each renewal, and you may cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation and handover

There is no long-term contract and you may cancel at any time. Hosting and included updates end when your paid term ends. Once the full $1,950 for the current term has been paid, we hand over the website files and content in our possession on request. Payments already made are not refunded.

Uptime guarantee

We guarantee that your website will be available at least 99% of the time in each calendar month. If it is not, you may ask for a credit of one month of the yearly fee ($163), applied to your next renewal. The guarantee does not cover scheduled maintenance announced in advance, problems caused by you or by changes you or your other providers make, domain or DNS issues at your registrar, or events outside our reasonable control. Request a credit within 30 days of the month in question.

Your content

You represent that you have rights to materials you send us.

Acceptable use

We may decline or end work that is unlawful, deceptive, or outside the published scope.
