Project overview
A considered direction from first signal to final interface
Strategy
We organized the product around the week in motion: see what is moving, inspect the constraint, then take a focused action without losing context.
Design
A dark canvas gives timelines, capacity charts, and state changes a clear hierarchy. Violet and blue become functional accents rather than decoration.
Result
The product direction makes complex planning views feel connected, navigable, and useful to both makers and managers.
Development
The dashboard concept includes a project timeline, workload signals, command search, shared status cards, and a responsive review mode for smaller screens.
Research that made room for the right questions
We looked at the handoffs where planning systems fail: an update hidden in a task, a staffing concern visible only to one lead, or a decision that loses its context.
A visual point of view with a practical purpose
An operations cockpit with restraint. Dense information is grouped into familiar visual zones so the interface rewards attention rather than demanding it.
A system shaped in the right order
We mapped the critical operating loops, prototyped a single connected workspace, and then tested hierarchy through increasingly realistic dashboard compositions.
