Strategy
We paired a live work queue with a persistent customer timeline, then reserved analytical views for moments when a team needs to step back and see patterns.
Design
Graphite panels, aqua indicators, and violet focus states keep the product professional without becoming visually flat. The system makes status readable at a glance.
Result
The visual system turns an inbox-shaped problem into a calmer, connected workspace for people, work, and service signals.
Development
The concept defines a customer timeline, task handoff, service metrics view, and compact contextual drawer for work that needs a second look.
Research that made room for the right questions
We mapped the difference between an issue being answered and actually resolved. That distinction shaped the connection between conversation history, internal work, and follow-up ownership.
A visual point of view with a practical purpose
Clear, capable, and unflustered. The interface uses color as a directional signal so teams can scan workload without turning every ticket into an alert.

We started with the queue-to-resolution flow, established the information hierarchy for a customer record, and designed the surrounding reporting patterns from the same data model.
